Free of charge and without limitation as to time, also pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941 (Copyright Law), the publication and/or dissemination, in any form, of my images on the Fresh Foundation’s website, in print, and/or through any other means of communication, as well as the storage of such photos and videos in the Fresh Foundation’s digital archives.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT

the purposes of such publications are solely informational and, where applicable, promotional, and I further prohibit any reproduction in contexts that may be detrimental to my personal dignity. This release/authorization may be revoked at any time by sending a written notice to info@ffresh.it
